Berry Good Breakfast Smoothie
(Makes 6 eight-ounce servings)
12 ounces lowfat vanilla yogurt
3 cups sliced strawberries
1 cup blueberries
3/4 cup light cranberry juice
1 1/2 tablespoons
NatraTaste Gold
(Baker's Bag)
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
6 teaspoons grape nuts (optional)
2 cups cracked ice
Directions:
Combine all the ingredients (except grape nuts) in electric blender and process until smooth. Pour into chilled glasses and garnish with a teaspoon of grape nuts for each serving.
PER SERVING (8 ounces – with grape nuts): 110 calories, 4 g protein, 24 g carbohydrates, 3 g fiber, 1 g fat, 5 mg cholesterol, 50 mg sodium
