Makes 2 servings

A refreshing drink all on its own, or add a shot of vodka or rum to liven things up. And be sure to use cranberry juice that is sweetened only with other fruit juices, not sugar.

1/2 cup fresh lime juice
1 cup seltzer or club soda
4 packets (8 teaspoons) NatraTaste BlueŽ sugar substitute
Ice cubes
1/4 cup cranberry juice
Lime slices for garnish

Combine lime juice, seltzer and NatraTaste Blue and divide into two glasses. Fill each glass with ice cubes and stir. Slowly pour the cranberry juice down the side of each glass so it creates a pretty pink color from the bottom up. Garnish with lime.
