Dried Fruit and Tomato Chutney Click here for the print-ready version
1 cup sundried tomato halves 1-1/2 cups boiling water 1/4 cup each coarsely chopped dried apples, raisins and finely grated onion 2 tablespoons each thawed frozen apple juice concentrate and cider or red wine vinegar 1 tablespoon mango chutney 2 packets NatraTaste Blue granulated sugar substitute 1/2 teaspoon curry powder
1. Place tomatoes in small bowl. Cover with boiling water and let stand 5 minutes until tender. Drain and let cool slightly.
2. Coarsely chop tomatoes and place in medium bowl. Add remaining ingredients; toss to mix well. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour to blend flavors. Makes 8 servings.
